Mums! Great malty ’Strong ALE’ that really tickled my mouth when ready. The first beer to be fermented in my Grainfather Fermenter PRO and able to follow and adjust the temperature through my phone, and not needing to control my storage room’s temperature. Great investment! Will be brewing this one again. I use also Ispindel but somehow the signal is stronger enough when inside the Grainfather fermenter.. ?

ABV: 7.6% (I made an alternation to the recipe and add 15% more of everything why the ABC climbed higher than the original.)
