MAUNTAIN FIZYHAIZ
Tomorrow it it time to put this lovely orange/yellow stuff in to bottles. Whether you called it IIPA, DIPA or American IPA is not the most important part of brewing… as long as it is drinkable and enjoyable = good balance of hops and malt.
22L waiting for its change to get enjoyed by beer lovers. Lovely notes of hops in it such as Centennial, Citra and Columbus – dry hopped once after 7 days in the fermenter with more than 0.2kg of hops – Citra (110g) Columbus (30g) and Centennial (55g).
Looking forward to try this on 14 days, perhaps there will be a change to take ’sneak-peak’ on it already after 7 days? 🙂
ABV became right spot on with the original recipe 9.32% so happy brewer at the moment. I will update this post with more pictures later on about the beer. I have used to packages yeast 1 Safale 0-4 and 1 Safale 0-5… Will see the results tomorrow…
