This black gold with distinctive vanilla aroma is soon ready to enjoy. The beer has been bottled yesterday and it should have ’carbo’ ready this coming weekend 5-6/3. Looking forward to see how it develops in the bottles and how the arome and taste will be refined.

The brew was a test for me since I had never tested lactose in a brew and the pre-taste test gave a hint of fuller body in the beer. Furthermore I am happy with the fact that the Stout has a nice and balanced ABV, that is it is not too strong. The final ABV: 8%.
