Friday evening, something that I have been looking forward to and today the last two batches got labels. Even took ’sneak-teast-peak’ of carbos which seem to be more than enough in both beers. Happy home brewer, this means that next weekend there will be some good and tasty beer to enjoy. Another positive thing today was that the order from Ekolager came early which means that I can brew 2 different beers this weekend if I have the time – priority is the Baltic Porter but I’d like to brew an English Ale as well… will see if I have the time.
