MAUNTAIN SCOTCH ALE

I had a change of hearts last weekend and did not brew a Baltic Porter but a Scotch Ale. Had a urge to brew saotheing with rich malty, caramel and smoky flavours and therefore I landed on a Scottish Ale.

The orginal recipy had ABV 8% which I scaled down to 6% and hopefully keep the flavours, however I wouldn’t call it anymore as Wee Heavy 🙂 Hoping that the ABV: 6% will be reached. Yeast process has not really kicked in yet, I used Safales 0-4 but no yeast nutriment in the boil.
