MAUNTAIN CASAPA
American Pale Ale with only Cascade hops? Well – brewed and fermenting since last weekend. Dry hopped today with 100g Cascade, what else I should have used? Using the same recipy than before though changed the hops to Cascade, and only to Cascade. There will probably be some kind of difference in the taset and flavour but my urge to test was too great.
Then there is the question (if you no the answer please let me know!) due to I am a novice in brewing and if I brew an APA and then dry hop it will it be DIPA and if I dry hop it twice will it be NEIPA even though I use the same hops in both dry hops and in boil? I just don’t know 🙂 Add a picture og the fermentation process here below.
