MAUNTAIN UDIPA
This week! It is time to brew again! oooh… and it will be tomorrow the 1st of April… and it is not a joke. A DIPA with lots of Cashmere, Citra and Taiheke hops with pilsner malt and some torrified oats, carahell and wheat malt as well. A new label as well for the coming brews. Late night and nothing to do so some creative thinking and trying to put together a new layout, keeping the logo but rest of it will be changed… better or worse – who cares? 🙂
Hopefully it will be a good combination that gives a fairly dry and hoppy beer. A fresh touch of the hops should give it a great balance with thin malt base.
No hops in the early boil only in the end and then in the hop stand + 2 x dry hop – probably… I think I will dry hop it twice… Tweak or not tweak the recipy is the question. I have made now 16 different beers since November 2020 and none of them has been exactly the same… always tweaked the recipies. My bad or fortune – we will see. Wish me luck 🙂
A strong DIPA on 7.5% ABV. Already prepared the malt and hops for tomorrow.
