MAUNTAIN MOSCITRA

I was inspired by 50/50 Mosaic and Citra Hazy IPA and decided to brew one of my own. Quite pleasant recipy with mainly Pale Ale malt and only a touch of torrified wheat and lots of hops. Forst simcoe during the boil and then hop stand with Mosaic and Citra, 100g each.

The beer turned to be a pale yellow – fruity and malty smell. OG: 1.071 and I was aiming at 1.064 so the effiency was way better than I thought. It was a late night brew… I have been feeling bad this week due to the infection I got in jawbone and sinuses that has kept me at home with more than a fair amount of pain.

Hopefully tha antibiotica will cure me now, it will be the second round with another kind of antibiotica now. However, I am looking forward to see what kind of beer this will be.
