MAUNTAIN BOSTON LAGER
Summer is here and my first attempt to brew a lager. Very exciting brew day it was – had problems to cool down the wort and was not able to come lower than +18 C… pitched the yeast and 20L in to the fridge and it took it 11 hours before it temperature was at correct leverl at +12C where it will now be 14 days.
Relatively easy beer to brew and interesting since I have never brewed a lager and how it will turn out will be exciting hoepfully my fridge will provide it the prefect conditions. It will be dry hopped
