MAUNTAIN PALE ALE

Traditional Pale Ale with Cascade hopa and pale ale grain and Munich 1 grain. Looking good with fermenting process. However I have been thinking to dry hop it with Azacca 100g and check if I get more tast on its notes.


A week left before it will be transferred to keg, probably I will dry hop it in 3 days.. We will see. Good beer for warm summer evenings and to be drank by the BBQ. .) Happy camper 😉


Update: Pale Ale was drype hopped with Simcoe and Cascade which gave really good tones of freshness and wonderful colour to the beer – really godd result and I will be brewing this recipy again.
