MAUNTAIN MODERN LAGER

This coming weekend I will make a try to brew an own recipy of modern lager, I have seen several recipies in the different forums and what I have read I have landed on the following recipy that I will try now on Saturday or Sunday, depending on the weather. I need a ’cold day’ in order to cool down the wort to 17C and the over a night in the fridge to reach 12C which is the optimal temperature. Will be great to brew again, Caramell+ stout will be moved in to secondary with coconut, caramel sauce and marshmallows where it will be two weeks before it goes to bottles.
