Today I brewed a Red Ale, what a nice day. It has been a long ago I drank Red Seal beer by North Coast Brewery and I have always liked that beer a lot. After a few days of reading different forums and checkning other peoples recipys of Red Ale I put together my own recipy for Red Ale.

Hoperfully it will turn out to be smooth and malty reddish ale that brings joy to autumn evenings 🙂 My target was 1.060 and achieved it, even went a bit over 1.061 sp the efficiency was on place today. See my recipy here below.
