MAUNTAIN NEIPA V.2
Today I had the change to brew again and I was keen to brew a new NEIPA. This time I changed the Azacca hops to El Dorado since I did not like the taste of Azaccas ’pine’ tones.
Got up early 05.30 – took the dogs out and started brewing directly after the walk. Had to clean the fermenter due to the fact that I tranferred the Red Deer Ale to keg Wednesday and had not cleaned it… as we know it takes some time to clean everything. After the brew everything is clened up and sanitized for next brew 🙂
East kent in the boli, only 5g and then 15min hop stanbd with 50g Simcoe, 50g Mosaic and 50g El Dorado with Pilsner malt, Carahell, Vienna malt and flaked oats and flaked wheat – hoepfullt it will be a hazy orange beer with lots of tropical fruit notes.
