This brew became the second brew in order to empty my fridge from *old* hops and I had a bag of Mosaic that needed to be used in the near future.

The brew went on well and two packages of Mangrove’s West Coast yeast have reallt ’chewed’ the wort tha past 9 days… From OG: 1.080 to FG: 1.016 which gives roughly about 8,4% Double IPA.

I was quite anxious to take tests on this one and the it really tastes great. I was a bit surprised about it since I could not really think that singel hop beer would be that could… but I was wrong or I have just used wrong hops for single hop brews earlier.

Tonight (17/1-22) it will be kegged and will be ready for some serious tasting this coming weekend – cannot really wait.
