MAUNTAIN NEIPA – Breakfast Juice

This morning it was time to dry hop the NEIPA with Simcoe, Mosaic and EL Dorado hops. This batch is an order from a friend who tasted the thick and fruity NEIPA last fall and asked if she could get her hands on a batch of that lovely liquid.


The SG was 1.018 today and it was time to put in the hops and burst out the jeast. 100g Simcoe, 100g Mosaic and 100g El Dorado landed in the wort this morning. At the same time the temperatur was lowered to 15 celcius after been up at 21 C for dialectyl.


Really tasty and lovely colour beer.
