This Imperial Stout is infused variant and has Chocolate Rum in it. A balanced taste of vanilla, chocolate and caramel. Rum gives it a next level taste and rounds it in the end to lovely balance. Very satisfied beer maker at the moment since I know that we are on the right path with this one…

This is the second in the Imperial Stout serie that I (we – my silent partner Patrik) will be brewing this coming year. Now we are planning for the coming batch which will be brewed during the coming summer.
