The things are rolling in the brewery and during the past months I have brewed several different beers which I am goin to presentate here below now. I was keen to brew a Pilsner but wanted to make with a twist so it is dry hopped and giving some extra flavour to the otherwise a bit dry Pilsner base.

IPA is bitter and malty beer that will be served in midsummer to the guests who are coming. Very pleased with this IPA! At the same time there are two batches that needs to be bottled – Goulden Ale and Pale Ale.

Tonight I will dry hop the WCPA anf then it will be ready in a week + a few days
