This beer will be the success of the summer with it’s high ABV over 7% and rich malty notes in it. In the end you will taste the Cascace’s easy and soft lemon-feel-note.

I have brewed this one earlier but not as high ABV as now and one of the reasons why I increased the ABV was that I wanted to see if the beer gets more *roundness in it. I was right… the taste is more bold and round than the batch with 5.6% ABV. Happy brewer 🙂
