Summer is here! Really love the season when the sun comes out and everything is green and you can swim in the ocean. Lovely. As well – there has been lot of activity in the brewery. I have brewed several batches.

Pilsner has been the style for two batches, one Califormia Common, West Coast Pacific Ale and DIPA has been produced during the last month. The first batch of Pilsner was okey (according to me) and wanted to tweak the second batch which made me to change the hops and it came out great – malty Pilsner base with some citrusy tones in it.

Mauntain THRIPA is a brew to my oldest son who enjoys DIPA style beers. Lots of hops and dry hopped three times after fermentation with Galaxy and Citra (the first drop was 150g Citra, Galaxy and Amarillo).

Now it is time for some vacation tomorrow and it will be nice – a few brews too. Stay in touch!
