2023 New Brew Year

So, time flies and we brew beer – it’s 2023 and this years first brews have been brewed. I have been keen to brew a Winter Ale and all my friends told that I am late on it… and there are probably right but I brewed one anyway.

Have to say that it became a really rich, malty and warm mouthfeel beer with 6% ABV and the IBU: 39.9 with EBC 34 it has dark golden colour. Happy homebrewer 🙂 Will add a few pictures later on this post due to it is been carbonating at the moment and will be ready to serve this coming weekend.

The other beer is a copy of Guinnes Foreign Extra Stout – pitch black and strong beer that is now fermenting and is calculated to be ready in two weeks. Many of my friends whereas I are looking forward to this.

I have also made a Cider and a California Common Lager that I have bottled. It became about 80 x 0,5L bottles… 🙂
