Mauntain Foreign Stoutt

Ummh… I just have to say that this brew became the first one of mine where I did water treatment since it has lots of dark malt in it. Wanted to avoid it to be to bitter. It also gave the beer very smooth mouthfeeling.

ABV: 7.2% (original 7.5%) EBC: 70.9, IBU: 32.1 (Yeast 1 Mangrove Jacks M42 & 1 Safale 05)


Now it is time to start planning for the weekend’s brewday either on Saturday or Sunday – will brew a Northern NEIPA with Cloudberries to my youngest som (24 years old) with Mandarina Bavaria hops only. Done it before and he seems to like it a lot so it is time to brew another batch för him.
