This year will mean that I am going to release two different series of beer and one ”old but gold” impersial stout. As you probably have read the DJ-edition STHLM’s serie is already in making. The second serie eill be a different however I will keep to the same styles of beer expect of the imperial stout.

The first one out is a quite nice pilsner type of beer with hops from Czech Republic. Pale and hoppy beer with a warm mouthfeel. Gives lots of hoppy notes in the beginning and ends with a slight malty perspective.

Happy brewer – this beer was actually brewed in collaboration with Jonas and Peter who came over to the brewery and put together this batch. Now it will be lagered about a month in +1 C and will be great for the spring BBQ evenings.

The second of the series is American Pale Ale with lots of hops in it and will be called Astroapa – Hop in the bucket. Traditional but not traditional APA without revealing more than that. US based malts and hops mixed with Swedish water.

The Imperial Stout is the old but gold so called ”Hunter Stout” with lots of sweet herbs in it, citrus, cinnamon etc – However the ASTRO-edition we have added new stuff in it – more to come!
