Mauntain Beer

The things are rolling in the brewery and during the past months I have brewed several different beers which I am goin to presentate here below now. I was keen to brew a Pilsner but wanted to make with a twist so it is dry hopped and giving some extra flavour to the otherwise a […]

Mauntain Choco

This Imperial Stout is infused variant and has Chocolate Rum in it. A balanced taste of vanilla, chocolate and caramel. Rum gives it a next level taste and rounds it in the end to lovely balance. Very satisfied beer maker at the moment since I know that we are on the right path with this […]

Mauntain CMS DIPA

A fresh DIPA there citra, mosaic and simcoe dances together in a humble beer. Gives it a lot of taste and many stages during drinking. Beer’s ABV 7.3% – a simple recipy and a protein brake in the boil gives it a stronger foam.

Mauntain Galaxy

This beer is also NEIPA but with Galaxy and Citra hops in it. Expectations are hig due to the tasting before kegging it this week. Probably it will be somewhat ready tomorrow (Sunday 3rd of April) and gives a notion if I am right. Exciting. When it comes to the hops and dry hopping, I […]

MAUNTAIN HUNTER

An Imperial Stout with taste of chocolate, caramell and coffe mixed with some European herbs (secret recipy). This stout was brewed with a good friend of mine and we are very happy for the result. Thick black gold that will kick start your soul and breaks your GPS but we are proud of it. There […]

MAUNTAIN NEIPA – Breakfast Juice

This morning it was time to dry hop the NEIPA with Simcoe, Mosaic and EL Dorado hops. This batch is an order from a friend who tasted the thick and fruity NEIPA last fall and asked if she could get her hands on a batch of that lovely liquid. The SG was 1.018 today and […]

Mauntain DIPA DDH Singel Hop

This brew became the second brew in order to empty my fridge from *old* hops and I had a bag of Mosaic that needed to be used in the near future. The brew went on well and two packages of Mangrove’s West Coast yeast have reallt ’chewed’ the wort tha past 9 days… From OG: […]

Mauntain NEIPA – MANDBAV

Yesterday was a brew day 🙂 Always great to brew a batch of beer. I hadn’t planned to brew a NEIPA but IPA, however I realised that I had a big bag of Mandarina Bavaria hops in the freezer and these were somewhat old (always been in the freezer) and due to that I decided […]

Holiday Brews 2021

The two last brews of the year 2021. This year I brewed two different types of beer after Christmas celebrations. The first patch was Irish Red Rye Ale which got great amber/reddish colour and a sharp tast of rye and very malty finish. Actually the taste of the beer is not my favourite but I […]
